Antoniya Owens

Antoniya Owens is a program officer at the Boston Foundation, where she leads grantmaking, civic, and research activities in support of the Foundation’s K-12 and college completion strategies. Prior to joining the Foundation, Antoniya was a project director and a research manager at the Center for Education Policy Research, where she led research related to Common Core implementation as well as several Strategic Data Project diagnostic analyses. Previously, Antoniya was also a research analyst at Mathematica Policy Research and a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where her work focused on regional policy and economic issues. Antoniya holds a B.A. in economics from Mount Holyoke College and an M.P.P. in social and urban policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
