Learn to influence leaders’ data mindsets and behaviors by practicing data protocols.

Sean Berkstresser, Manager of District Performance at Tulsa Public Schools; Kelly Branaman, Associate Superintendent at Archdiocese of Washington Catholic Schools Office; and Alyssa Reinhart at Syracuse City School District implemented data reports, structures and processes to build the capacity of their agencies’ leaders to analyze data.

Attendees will experience data protocols that facilitate the analysis and interpretation of data and provide a procedure for making decisions and taking action through goal-setting.
