Morgan Polikoff is an assistant professor of education at the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education. His research focuses on the design and effects of standards, assessment, and accountability policies on teachers' instruction and students' outcomes. He has recently written about the design of the No Child Left Behind waivers and the content of "Common Core-aligned" curriculum materials.
